Custom agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the use of the site osmth.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. Sides

The site is administered Grand General Priory of Russia of the Supreme Knightly Order of the Temple of Jerusalem (VGPR OSMTH), Moscow (also referred to as “Regional Magistrate” on the Site). Communication with the administration - via contact form.

User - any person viewing the materials of the Site or sending a request through the form.

2. Purpose of the Site

The site is of an informational and educational nature: information about the Order, structure, history, library, gallery and application procedure. The site is not a government agency and does not provide government services.

3. Materials

Texts, images and other materials on the Site are intended for informational purposes only. Quoting and non-commercial use are permitted with indication of the source (osmth.ru) and without distortion of the meaning. Commercial use, mass copying and distribution without the consent of the administration is prohibited, unless otherwise follows from an explicitly stated license for a specific material (including historical and open texts in the library section).

4. Contact and request form

Sending a message or request to join via the form does not create membership in the Order and does not oblige the administration to accept the candidate. Decisions on applications and candidates are made according to the internal procedures of the Order. Applicants should review the admissions materials and requirements in advance.

It is prohibited to send knowingly false information, malicious attachments, spam and materials that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for indirect losses associated with the use or inability to use the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Historical and reference materials may be of a review nature.

6. Cookies and personal data

The procedure for processing personal data and cookies is described in Privacy Policy. On your first visit, the Site requests consent to analytical cookies (Yandex.Metrica, Webvisor). Without consent, only an impersonal record of visits is kept without analytical cookies and without Webvisor.

7. Applicable law and disputes

The law of the Russian Federation applies to the Agreement. If possible, disputes are resolved by contacting us through the contact form; if agreement is not reached - in court at the location of the Operator (Moscow), unless otherwise established by mandatory rules.

8. Change of Agreement

The current edition is posted on this page with the date. Significant changes are made by publishing updated text.
